Mix and Match is a whole food plant based Meal Plan inspired by the classic choose-your-own combo menus of popular lunch spots.

As always, each of our recipes are meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, and use only minimally processed ingredients. They’re damn tasty, too.

Tamie, one of our Meal Plan recipe developers, specifically designed this menu to please your palate by letting you decide what you’d like to pair together. You can choose whichever two items you want for each meal. Mix and match to have soup + salad, or soup + sandwich, or sandwich + mac & cheese. The possibilities and deliciousness are endless.

If you avoid gluten, you’re gonna be thrilled

The Garlic Chive Muffins and the Lettuce-wrapped Italian Cannellini Burger are delicious and both are gluten-free.

If you’re hooking up with our Gourmet plan, you’ll learn how to perfectly roast garlic (without oil) to make the most scrumptious Roasted Garlic Aioli. You’re also going to make your own nut-free creamy dreamy White Bean Ranch Dressing.

Chazz, our fabulous Meal Plan tester, said her 2 hour and 20 minute Gourmet plan batch day had a super-easy flow. She really enjoyed this plan and said:

  • I loved mixing and matching all the leftovers throughout the week. All the sides and soups went together so nicely.
  • My favorite this week was the Stuffed Pepper Soup, but my family went nuts for the Lettuce-wrapped Italian Cannellini Burgers. The Garlic Chive Muffins were such a big hit that I had to make a second batch mid-week!

Plant Based & Gluten Free Menu

Our Simple Meal Plans are inspired by their Gourmet counterparts. They’re always whole food plant based, just like the Gourmet plans, but they’re pared down, featuring fewer components and a shorter batch time. They’re also always gluten-free.

The Simple plan may be a quicker batch, but the flavors are still sensational. In SimpleMix and Match, you’ll love learning how to use brown and wild rice in combination with a few aromatic spices to make a Seasoned Wild Rice Blend that’s deliciously complex in flavor.

Gluten-free meals in this plan include:

    I started eating plant based almost 3 years ago. CFDG has prove to be the most consistent in creating meals that are so delicious and diverse. Molly’s instructions are precise which was helpful when I first became plant based and now, I can trust them explicitly which has increased my confidence in cooking for other plant and no plant based family and friends.
    The website and meal plans are so organized. I can say, being older (65 yo) I would love it if Molly published a cook book. Thanks for all your hard work and being a pioneer in the creation of plant based recipes.
