Mix and Match is a whole food plant based Meal Plan inspired by the classic choose-your-own combo menus of popular lunch spots.
As always, each of our recipes are meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, and use only minimally processed ingredients. They’re damn tasty, too.
Tamie, one of our Meal Plan recipe developers, specifically designed this menu to please your palate by letting you decide what you’d like to pair together. You can choose whichever two items you want for each meal. Mix and match to have soup + salad, or soup + sandwich, or sandwich + mac & cheese. The possibilities and deliciousness are endless.
If you avoid gluten, you’re gonna be thrilled
The Garlic Chive Muffins and the Lettuce-wrapped Italian Cannellini Burger are delicious and both are gluten-free.
If you’re hooking up with our Gourmet plan, you’ll learn how to perfectly roast garlic (without oil) to make the most scrumptious Roasted Garlic Aioli. You’re also going to make your own nut-free creamy dreamy White Bean Ranch Dressing.

- I loved mixing and matching all the leftovers throughout the week. All the sides and soups went together so nicely.
- My favorite this week was the Stuffed Pepper Soup, but my family went nuts for the Lettuce-wrapped Italian Cannellini Burgers. The Garlic Chive Muffins were such a big hit that I had to make a second batch mid-week!

The Simple plan may be a quicker batch, but the flavors are still sensational. In SimpleMix and Match, you’ll love learning how to use brown and wild rice in combination with a few aromatic spices to make a Seasoned Wild Rice Blend that’s deliciously complex in flavor.
