White beans, peppers, squash, artichokes, crucifers, and mushrooms frolic with Enchilada Sauce, Smoky Paprika Sauce, and Sweet & Sour Sauce to create masterpieces (by the way, you are a masterpiece) like Egg Roll Noodle Bowl and Zucchini Enchilada Boats with Toasted Pine Nuts.

I’ve been struggling to figure out how to make eating plant based enjoyable. And then my friend recommended Clean Food Dirty Girl. I couldn’t be happier. Batched yesterday for the first time. The prep was so pretty I hated to cook it. Finished product tasted amazing. All of it. My husband even asked me to add the Egg Roll Noodle Bowl to our list of go-to dinners! I’m hooked on the meal plans.
