About our weekly plant fueled meal plans

When you get on board with our plant based weekly meal plans, we do the planning for you.
All you have to do is follow along, go grocery shopping, and put in 2-4 hours of batch cooking once a week.

When you do this, the days of scrambling to piece together dinner, grabbing fast food on the way home from work, ordering take-out, and calling for pizza are over (unless of course, you want to).

  • Detailed Grocery List

    We break down your grocery list by department and include exactly how much to buy of each item and what you will be using it for. We also give you pictures of each grocery item so that you can get familiar with new ingredients.

  • Prep Instructions & Videos

    We give you a detailed prep list of everything that needs to be chopped, minced, diced, and soaked before you start batching. This saves time on batching because you get all the prep work out of the way in one go. We also include videos of how to prep veggies. Super helpful for newbies! 

  • Batch Cooking Recipes

    You will set aside 2-4 hours one day a week and cook everything on your batch cooking list. Your batching list consists of 8 - 10 different recipes each week. This will ensure that you have plenty of food in your fridge for the entire week ahead.

  • Nightly Meal Instructions

    You will have plenty of food throughout the week for lunches and dinners from your batched items. We give you five nights of specific meals to put together from the items you batched.

  • Meal Plan at a Glance

    Shows you what's for dinner for the upcoming week.

  • Your Own Meal Plan Classroom

    You will have access to your very own classroom where you will find a new meal plan each week. All of your plans are in one spot, organized by date and menu. You can search for recipes, allergens and set your personal preferences for default portions in US or Metric conversions.

  • Weekly Office Hours

    You'll gain exclusive access to an empowering plant based support group with the important addition of not taking ourselves too seriously and a sprinkle of saucy language.     Every week we give you a list of tips, notes and substitution ideas. Any ingredients that aren't super obvious will be explained and we will let you know where to look for them in the grocery store.
