All of our meal plans and recipes are free of meat, dairy, eggs, oil, refined sugar, and overly processed food. It's common for our members to get off from blood pressure and cholesterol medication after the first month of following our plans.

We've also had lots of people go from pre-diabetic to no risk of diabetes after just a couple of months of following along.

Our plans are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory foods, which means a super strong immune system and less inflammation.

Ingredient waste

Food allergies and sensitivities

Many of our recipes and meals are naturally gluten-free. We occasionally use tofu, tempeh, and edamame, as well as different nuts and seeds.

If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, coming up with a substitution is easy. You can ask in our Facebook group or email us directly, and we'll give you a workaround.

Allergens are clearly marked on all of our recipes and meals.

Time

Most people are busy as hell. This is one reason why people love our plans. By setting aside 2-4 hours once a week to do your cooking, you free up time throughout the rest of the week because you won't be planning and cooking meals from scratch every night.

Flavor, texture and diversity
