OMG, that pilaf! My favorite thing. Tho no hulled barley available in my area of Houston. And I skipped the eggplant because I knew it would be too much food for one. The lentil sloppy Joe’s are so much superior to the sloppy Joe’s I grew up with that came out of the can and rated barely above the liver dinner my mom one and only one time served for dinner.

This week has been such a winner so far! We flipped today and tomorrow because my husband had a really big lunch and the mushroom, spinach sauté is a lighter meal. So good and that basil sauce!? Magic.

    I would really like to have the ability to customize the Meal Plans by adding my own meal options from other outside sources. I have a wide variety of recipes (a combination of my own development and cookbooks) which I have accumulated over the years. Would this be a possibility?

      Hello Petra. I love your idea, and a similar one was on our radar for Plant Fueled Life but we haven’t developed it at this time. I don’t see that happening in the near future, as it entails a lot of programming and our focus is continuing to create meal plans, recipes, and jazz up our current features. Thanks so much for asking.
