Masala is a Meal Plan full of the diverse flavors of India. These plant based Indian-inspired recipes are free of meat, dairy, eggs, oil, and highly processed ingredients.
Indian cuisine is especially suited to Dirty adaptation because of its reliance on legumes and complex spice profiles. These are two of our specialties.
Our recipes use a variety of dried spices not only because they’re delicious, but also because they contain the highest percentages of antioxidants compared to all other foods. It’s thought antioxidants play an important role in helping our cells stay healthy and withstand the stressors of ultraviolet light, toxic chemicals, and even exercise. Turmeric, garam masala, and coriander are just some of the spices you’ll use in this plan.
