OMG. The mango fried rice and chili lime tofu bowl is SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! I’m mouthgasming over it right now! I think it’s gonna be my go-to from now on to make for friends who are skeptical about vegan food. Why eat meat and potatoes when you can eat this colorful bowl of flavors?! Might even be my favorite meal yet (hard to choose, though)!
