Enjoy the season’s bounty and please your guests with Canadian Harvest—a Canadian Thanksgiving plant based menu. This plan is set up so you can follow it for a week of delightful dinners or make everything for one big holiday meal. 🇨🇦
What’s on the gourmet menu this week
Pasta is smothered in creamy cheesy sauce and tossed with tender roasted butternut squash bites and Italian-spiced tofu sausage for the Cheesy Pasta, Plant-powered Italian Sausage, and Roasted Butternut Squash Casserole. It’s the ultimate dish for holidays (or any day, really). One of our most-loved recipes, it leaves kids and omnis begging for more!
Love this plan! That casserole is 🔥. Definitely a winner with omnis!Plant Fueled Life member
The Celebration Vegballs with Buttery Mashed Potatoes & Simple Holiday Gravy is a flavor-packed, comforting meal that will impress everyone and become a regular favorite.
It is, actually, very simple to make! Great flavor, everyone likes it. It’s our go-to.Plant Fueled Life member
I love this gravy. I make it often for weekly breakfast with the simple stovetop hash and Sweet & Savory Italian Tofu Sausage – soooo good and all super easy to make.Plant Fueled Life member
I’ll never make another gravy! My omni family loves it!Plant Fueled Life member
Our Bountiful Butternut & Bean Soup features roasted butternut squash, beans, spinach, and rosemary. Served with fluffy Garlic Chive Scones, it’s great for feeling cozy on chilly days.
Made the scones with Bob Mills 1:1 gluten free flour. They were delicious!Plant Fueled Life member

Wild rice has a nutty flavor that pairs perfectly with the sautéed mushrooms, dried cranberries, and seasonings in the Mushroom Cranberry Wild Rice Stuffing with Maple Balsamic Broccoli. Served with sweet and tangy glazed broccoli, it’s a deliciously festive meal.
Allow us to blow your mind with Pâté Chinois (Quebec-style Shepherd’s Pie). This Dirty take on traditional shepherd’s pie features layers of beefy tofu crumbles, corn, veggies, and gravy topped with buttery mashed potatoes for a supremely satisfying holiday-worthy meal.
Last but not least, this plan includes a bonus recipe for a dairy-free Pumpkin Spice Latte that will have you swearing off those corporate coffee shops. You’ll use pumpkin pie spice (store-bought or homemade), along with canned pumpkin puree, non-dairy milk, as well as dates and maple syrup for a hint of sweetness to make this seasonal favorite. The best part? You can make it all year long. You’re welcome!
Literally my most favorite thing to drink in the fall. This is the best pumpkin latte I’ve ever hadPlant Fueled Life member
Yes I did it. I brought out the pumpkin in early August. I had this as a Frappe over ice with frozen banana and enjoyed it on my patio observing the multitude of hummingbirds, 🐝’s , songbirds, butterflies, flowers and all of the other amazing wildlife. The Frappe was a delicious addition to my very pleasurable warm Sunday morning 🌞Plant Fueled Life member
