The Tofu Veg Kabobs over Rice Pilaf are marinated and skewered tofu cubes and chunky veggies that can be grilled or roasted and are served over a bed of irresistible rice pilaf.

If you think that a dairy-free grilled cheese can’t be crazy good, you’ve got another thing coming. The Grilled Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Sandwich with Middle Eastern Roasted Cauli Salad is a cheesy Italian-seasoned spread, artichoke hearts, and spinach nestled inside toasted whole-grain bread. Roasted cauliflower salad on the side makes for a mouth-watering meal.
