I love this, Molly. Your voice is so calming and soothing. I loved both the guided part and the silent part. I’ve been meditating regularly for only a year, although I have some sporadic meditation for 40+ years. It’s more of a regular practice now. Some days I meditate twice a day and some days I just consciously take long, slow deep breaths.
This, coupled with the body work on breathing through urges, will be very important.
