Frothy Cacao Mint Cooler

A touch of peppermint extract takes this chocolatey smoothie over the top!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup frozen banana (115 g)
- 1/2 cup kale (15 g)
- 1/2 cup ice (70 g)
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon reishi mushroom powder (optional)
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
