Hibiscus Lemonade

Lemon, maple syrup and hibiscus tea are all you need to whip up this refreshing summertime favorite!

Servings 2 8 oz cups

Ingredients

  • 1½  cups water boiling
  • 1 bag hibiscus tea plain hibiscus or an herbal blend with hibiscus, such as Raspberry Zinger / can omit to make regular lemonade
  • cup lemon juice
  • 2⅔ tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup adjust amount to personal taste

Instructions

  • Steep your tea bags in the boiling water for 4-5 minutes then remove and discard the tea bags. Refrigerate the tea until cooled.
  • Add the lemon juice and maple syrup to the cooled tea and whisk until thoroughly blended.
  • Serve over ice.
