A complete change from a S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) to a plant-based diet.

How would you describe our recipes and Meal Plans to your best friend?

Flavorful, satisfying meals that fuel your body, and a supportive community to guide you in food choices, challenges, and triumphs, and to support your soul in becoming your best self. High cholesterol, triglycerides, strong family history of heart disease, a few extra pounds to lose, and not knowing how to begin this new way of eating and preparing food.

How is your life different now that you are using our Meal Plans?

The Meal Plans introduced me to new ways of cooking, many new spices and ingredients I had never used or even heard of previously, and how to cook without using oil. I feel great about putting any of these recipes in my body.
