I started this way of eating by following this Facebook group, then the blog, then I looked up recipes (Whole-Food Plant-Based) on Pinterest, and used those.
I’m gonna cut to the chase, these meal plans are WORTH IT. They allow you to choose how many servings, and adjust the ingredients, they give you the shopping list, how to prep the ingredients, and then how to make all the food. Step….by…step. and the food is FABULOUS.
