I wanted a straightforward, organized approach to eating a whole food plant-based diet and a way to ensure I would have healthy food ready to go for each week. The Meal Plans offered all of this, plus a wide variety of nutritious food that would force me to diversify my diet. It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut otherwise.
The batching does take some time, and if you’re like me, you probably want to spread it over a couple of days, so it doesn’t get overwhelming. The food is AMAZING. I can’t stress this enough. There really is no comparison between these meals and the ones offered by some of the other well-known plant-based sources.
I feel like I’m getting a better variety of nutrients in my diet than I was before. I also think I am a lot more organized in general because I schedule my batching every week.
