I am so very grateful I decided to outsource plant based menu planning

This morning, I went to the CFDG website, and spent:

  • One minute choosing a menu (Simple American Road Trip)
  • Three minutes setting the appropriate servings and glancing through to see if I had all the equipment or needed to sub ingredients based on my family’s likes and dislikes
  • Four minutes checking to see what groceries I already had in my kitchen.

Eight minutes from “I have no idea what I’m cooking this week” to “I have a plan and a grocery list; let’s head to the store.”

I am so very grateful I decided to outsource menu planning! The reclaimed time I gain by letting someone else handle the planning is invaluable to me.
