I was in Brian Head, Utah playing in the snow with my family for the last week and didn’t batch anything. I knew when I saw the new meal plan that I had to batch this one as soon as we got home.
Today was the day💗.
I dropped the kids off at school, turned my favorite playlist up to max volume on my Google Home and batched American Road Trip.
We had the West Coast Balsamic Mushroom Salad tonight and I can’t wait to eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
