The Macaroni & Bean Salad and Summery Black Bean Couscous are especially suited to picnics and camping trips and will travel beautifully, even packed in a cooler for a couple of days.

I busted out a special recipe today that I wasn’t sure I’d like. I have never been a fan of jackfruit. I decided to take on the BBQ Pulled Jackfruit with Thousand Island Slaw and Carolina BBQ. So good, you guys. Wow!!!! Thank you for continuing to show me what I can do with plants 🙌🏻
