Our Bountiful Butternut & Bean Soup features roasted butternut squash, beans, spinach, and rosemary. Served with fluffy Garlic Chive Scones, it’s great for feeling cozy on chilly days.

Made the scones with Bob Mills 1:1 gluten free flour. They were delicious!

Mushroom Cranberry Wild Rice Stuffing with Maple Balsamic Broccoli

Wild rice has a nutty flavor that pairs perfectly with the sautéed mushrooms, dried cranberries, and seasonings in the Mushroom Cranberry Wild Rice Stuffing with Maple Balsamic Broccoli. Served with sweet and tangy glazed broccoli, it’s a deliciously festive meal. 

Pâté Chinois (Quebec-style Shepherd’s Pie)

Allow us to blow your mind with Pâté Chinois (Quebec-style Shepherd’s Pie). This Dirty take on traditional shepherd’s pie features layers of beefy tofu crumbles, corn, veggies, and gravy topped with buttery mashed potatoes for a supremely satisfying holiday-worthy meal.

Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Latte

Last but not least, this plan includes a bonus recipe for a dairy-free Pumpkin Spice Latte that will have you swearing off those corporate coffee shops. You’ll use pumpkin pie spice (store-bought or homemade), along with canned pumpkin puree, non-dairy milk, as well as dates and maple syrup for a hint of sweetness to make this seasonal favorite. The best part? You can make it all year long. You’re welcome!

Yes I did it. I brought out the pumpkin in early August. I had this as a Frappe over ice with frozen banana and enjoyed it on my patio observing the multitude of hummingbirds, 🐝’s , songbirds, butterflies, flowers and all of the other amazing wildlife. The Frappe was a delicious addition to my very pleasurable warm Sunday morning 🌞
