This high-powered Meal Plan is packed full of nature’s MPV—beans! Black, kidney, and pinto beans, along with tempeh (fermented soybeans), are all featured in this delicious plan. Beans are a great source of iron, but our bodies need vitamin C in order to absorb iron effectively. Luckily, we’ve taken care of this with the Super Bowl of Chili and Barbeque Tempeh Sliders.
