Shamrock is a St. Patrick’s Day inspired meal plan that will fill you up and make you feel lucky.
It may not be a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, but Shamrock features Irish staples like cabbage, barley, and potatoes, which is almost as good. There’s also a fun twist on traditional Irish soda bread to keep things interesting.

Some festive green favorites from this plan include Shamrock butter bean hummus, creamy green goddess dressing, nori hand rolls, and a delicious, refreshing creamy Shamrock smoothie that may or may not remind you of your favorite seasonal fast food offering from back in the day. Does the hummus you dropped on your shirt during lunch count as wearing green?
If you love more traditional Irish fare, look no farther than the Sauerkraut Saute Loaded Baked Potatoes with Tangy Cauliflower Cream. Sauerkraut, kale, beans, barley, onions, and garlic are sauteed in spices and loaded onto hot, fluffy baked potatoes. Then, they’re topped with toasted sunnies, green onion, and minced jalapenos. This meal is not to be missed!
