Loved this bowl. The rice is delicious on its own. The crumbles have a rich taste, meaty texture, and are full of flavor. Awesome peanut sauce. The whole dish came together beautifully and easily on dinner night, with all the main items batches earlier. As soon as we finished dinner, I made another batch of the peanut sauce for the leftovers!
