In December 2019, I decided to eat more plants and stumbled onto Molly’s blog, trying to figure out what “WFPB” meant. Her writing felt like a loving (yet hilarious) embrace, and I signed up that day.
There are at least four things that I LOVE about CFDG.
First, I feel so good about supporting this company— the mission, people, and the way they all use this platform for good resonates so deeply with me.
Two, the food is delicious.
Three, batching is the best self-care I’ve ever performed— after a long day of work and parenting, I get to relish the fact that someone made dinner for me (me).
Fourth, and most importantly, I’m in the best health of my life— and I know how to sustain it. I struggled with erratic eating and low energy. Now I am no longer on the rollercoaster of blood sugar chaos, and I have more energy. My skin is clear and healthy.
I am just grateful for you all. You are really doing what you set out to do… enabling people to take control of their health and wellbeing.
