Frothy Cacao Mint Cooler
A touch of peppermint extract takes this chocolatey smoothie over the top!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
- ½ cup frozen banana (115 g)
- ½ cup kale (15 g)
- ½ cup ice (70 g)
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ½ teaspoon reishi mushroom powder (optional)
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
