We’re excited to announce that spring enrollment for Drop It Club is officially open, and we’re doing something we’ve never done before.
What is Drop It Club?

The schedule
During the Spring Pass access, you’ll have access to all of our live events through April 15th, 2026. Here’s what’s in store.

The Connection Calls are a huge part of this program. Every week, I coach, teach, answer questions, and invite people up for real-time coaching. No two calls are the same, and they make all the difference. Plus, replays are available if you can’t make it live.

The Movement & Strength Training workshop is being led by my trainer, Nickole (pic of us above). She’s planning a special session just for the occasion. It will be weight and resistance training focused, and all you’ll need is a chair and a towel.
Accountability Hour is where Droplets come together to talk with one another via small groups in Zoom. They swap ideas, ask each other questions, and share their wins and challenges. It’s a dedicated hour for connecting with people who are going through the same thing.
