Lift Off With Lyndsey by Clean Food Dirty Girl FAQ

Lift Off with Lyndsey is an online, 90 minute, no bullshit workshop that's designed to teach you the 3 steps you need to unpack the emotional baggage that’s keeping you miserable and bulging out of your fat pants.
Lyndsey Hafer Williams is just a girl standing in front of a box of donuts trying not to cry.
She is not a doctor, counselor, or nutritionist. Throughout her decades-long struggle with weight and food, she unwittingly developed a technique of very effective coping skills to lose weight and come out of the food addiction closet.
Lyndsey will teach you what worked for her, on her journey, and share deep truths gained from her own experience. She will show you how to implement it into your own life. You’ll go from feeling paralyzed with information overload to being able to immediately implement her step by step plan of action to jumpstart your own weight loss.

Lift Off with Lyndsey is for you if:

When Lyndsey started eating more plants it led her on a path of healing her relationship with food. Part of her journey has been releasing weight and keeping it off. But it’s so much more than that. She has found her joy in this process where there used to be dark clouds.
The external changes Lyndsey experienced were a direct result of the internal work she put in.
It was Lyndsey’s desire to open up and share her food journey and the tools she developed along the way with anyone interested in learning from her.

No. Lift Off with Lyndsey is about emotions, feelings, and learning to take care of your body’s needs without using food. While Lyndsey found her greatest success through a whole food plant based way of eating, you will need to do what works for you with diet and exercise.
Lift Off with Lyndsey is all about giving you the skills to proactively shift, stop, or adjust behavior before you lose control and dive into that pan of brownies. It’s designed to teach you how to do the things you already know work for you.

Lift Off was not designed to be, nor is it intended as a treatment for eating disorders. Lift Off should not be used in place of professional help.
Lyndsey’s journey included a transition to a whole food plant based diet, which focuses on minimally processed plant foods and does not include highly processed foods or animal products. For people with an eating disorder, or disordered eating that could lead to an eating disorder, reducing or restricting specific foods can be counterproductive to establishing a healthy relationship with food. That said, this workshop does not provide a specific dietary regimen. The tools Lyndsey created and teaches in this workshop can be applied across a variety of dietary patterns. Please contact us if you have questions about this.

You will need a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or tablet to access your classroom. You will need a journal and a pen. Other than that, you will need an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a sense of humor.
Nope. Lift Off focuses on the emotional aspect of emotional eating and binge-eating. How you want to structure your food and movement for weight loss is totally up to you.

Lighten Up provides food guidelines and movement. Lift Off with Lyndsey is all about emotions and how to keep your brain from hijacking your actions surrounding your complicated relationship with food.
Lyndsey designed this workshop to specifically address the emotional component that she found lacking in every weight loss program she’s tried.
If you have gone through the Lift Off Workshop and you want more accountability as you implement the Lift Off technique, Lyndsey offers one-on-one accountability calls.

Technical
Lift Off with Lyndsey takes place in a virtual classroom and through email. You will be given your own unique login to your classroom upon purchase. This is the same classroom existing CFDG Meal Plan or Recipes subscribers and Lighten Up participants use, although it’s a separate section. If you already have a classroom login, the Lift Off section will open for you after your purchase.
This is a pre-recorded 90 minute workshop that you access through your Lift Off classroom. You can watch it on your own time and at your own pace. You can come back to it as often as you like.
We recommend a desktop or laptop to access this workshop, but you can also use your mobile phone or tablet.

If you have gone through the Lift Off Workshop and you want more accountability as you implement the Lift Off technique, Lyndsey offers one-on-one accountability calls.

The Personal Accountability Partnership sessions are $25 USD each and each session is 20 minutes.
You will have three months from the purchase date to use your sessions. This is the “Schedule Before” date that will be in your classroom so you can easily keep track of your sessions.
