Welcome to the Plant Fueled Life by Clean Food Dirty Girl - Plant Based Imperfectionists Facebook Group.

You don't have to eat plant based or vegan to join, we welcome everyone!

This group is to support, uplift, and inspire each other on our whole food plant based journey. You just have to be kind and compassionate. This is a place of non-judgment. If you have a problem with people who aren't 100% plant based or who are 100% plant based, this is not the group for you. We want everyone to respect each other's choices, regardless of where they are on their food journey.

Let’s go over the rules, shall we?

1. When you reply to a post or a comment, it must be done with encouragement, compassion, love, and non-judgment

All negative, mean, or bitchy comments will be deleted, and you'll be given one warning before being removed from the group permanently. Please do not use puke and/or vomit emojis, memes, or gifs, as they portray disgust, and we’re not cool with that.

2. It's okay to swear, but we don't swear AT each other

They are used as descriptors, not insults. For example, "fuck yeah!" vs. "fuck you!" or "holy shit, this is good!" vs. "you're a piece of shit." See the difference? 🙂

3. Sharing pictures of meat, dairy, and highly processed foods isn't recommended because it tends to stir people up and cause drama

We avoid drama as much as humanly possible, especially since everyone in this group is trying to eat more whole plant foods and less of everything else.

4. No posting about vaccines, cat food, politics, or religion

It turns into a hot mess fast. There are lots of groups to discuss those things.

5. Do not share photographs of cookbook recipes or recipes that were paid for

We welcome sharing links to recipes the recipe author has made available online for free. Out of respect for the livelihood of recipe authors and their intellectual property, we remove recipe images posted without a link to the original freely accessible recipe and photographs of cookbook recipes. Have a recipe you wrote that you want to share? Great! Be sure to credit yourself.

6. No creating Clean Food Dirty Girl/Plant Fueled Life subgroups online or offline

We are copyright-protected, and creating copycat groups is lame.

7. Only share links to other Facebook groups, if they are helpful to the community

Please make sure it's legitimately helpful and not blatant self-promotion.

8. If you're a Plant Fueled Life member, do not share meal plans or recipes from the portal

We put a tremendous amount of work into handcrafting our meal plans and recipes. Sharing them is dishonest and tack-a-lacky. Please point your hungry friends to start a free trial or our free plant based recipes to get in on the goods. Posting links to plans and recipes from the portal is totally fine (we love to know what you’re making!).

9. No solicitations or gathering email addresses from our community members

This includes private messages to sell your stuff/gift exchanges/book clubs/events/asking for donations/drives/surveys, or anything else requiring our community members to share their contact information or request money in any way.

10. Do not spam or market to the group

Self-promotion is not permitted. Do not post from your blog, YouTube, Instagram, or other social media account. No MLM, business marketing, or clickbait articles. These kinds of posts will not be approved. Any self-promo in comments will be removed. Repeated posts or comments of this type may result in permanent removal.

11. Any content shared in our Facebook group is not intended to prevent, reverse, or treat any medical condition. Because of this, we remove and/or close posts that request medical advice.

If you have a health issue and want to ask the group how other people managed the same issue, that is okay because you are asking for someone else’s personal experience, not how to treat the issue. Just be clear about what you're asking.

12. Please do not private message any of the admins and ask permission before private messaging community members

This rule is to protect our community from spammers and people selling stuff. Your intentions may be good, but we have no way of knowing with such a large community. Our admins will not respond to any private messages. Do not block admins, or you will be removed.

13. We do not allow people to upload videos of themselves to the group without permission
