Each week you will have two meal plans to choose from, a Gourmet plan and a Simple plan.
The Gourmet plan is restaurant quality food that takes a bit more time to batch and put together each night. The Simple plan is a no frills, no fuss plan that will get you in and out of your kitchen fast.
Each meal plan is scalable based on the number of portions you want and consists of a grocery list, prep instructions, batch cooking recipes, and 5 nightly meal recipes.
We also throw in bonus desserts regularly.

We give you a detailed prep list of everything that needs to be chopped, minced, diced, and soaked before you start batching. This saves a lot of time on your batching day because you get all the prep work out of the way in one go.

Batch Cooking Recipes
You will set aside 2-4 hours one day a week and cook everything on your batch cooking list. Your batching list consists of 8 - 10 different recipes each week. This will ensure that you have plenty of food in your fridge for the entire week ahead.

You will have plenty of food throughout the week for lunches and dinners from your batched items. We give you five nights of specific meals to put together from the items you batched.

WHAT THESE MEAL PLANS ARE NOT ABOUT
This is all about the quality of your calories, not the quantity. When you eat whole plant foods, your body will tell you when you need to eat and when it’s time to stop.
Carbs are not the enemy. The body needs complex carbohydrates because they fuel the body and keep us satisfied. Overly processed carbs are what you want to avoid and our meal plans are free of all overly processed carbs.
This is about eating nutrient dense foods full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals. People do lose weight when they follow our plans, but it’s a result of getting healthy.
Our plans do not include breakfast or lunch recipes. That said, many of our meal planners eat leftover meal plan food for lunches throughout the week.
