PLANT FUELED MEAL PLANS
Wanting to eat better is one thing. Actually doing it is a whole other ball of hot kinky wax. When you get on board with our weekly meal plans, all you have to do is follow along and the rest is sorted out for you. You'll never have to scramble to randomly piece dinner together, grab fast food on the way home from work, order take out, or call for pizza (unless of course you want to).
Your fridge will always be stocked with yummy, nutrient dense food, ready to whip up in 15 minutes or less. All you have to do is follow each week's plan and dedicate 2 - 3 hours one day a week to do the bulk of your cooking. The rest of your week in food will be ridiculously easy and delicious.
From the recipes to the ingredients, our weekly plans are strategically crafted with these items in mind:
// Your Grocery Budget
Eating this way is much more affordable than people realize. After the first week, your weekly grocery bill will be around $20 - $50 USD a week (for 2- 4 people). You will spend less money at the grocery store because the majority of your groceries will come from the produce section and the bulk bins.

When transitioning to a healthy plant based diet (or just incorporating more plant based meals into your life), it's important to eat a wide range of whole plant foods so that you get the whole spectrum of nutrients that these foods provide.
Each menu is designed to be different from the next, so ingredient lineups change weekly to add nutrient diversity.

Everything we have you buy can be found at any health food store and most items can be purchased at any regular grocery store. You will never have to hunt down exotic and hard to find ingredients. We keep it simple and we use the easiest to find ingredients.

All of our plans are free of meat, dairy, eggs, oil, refined sugar and processed food. It's common for people to get off from blood pressure and cholesterol medication after the first month of following our plans.
We've also had lots of people go from pre-diabetic to no risk of diabetes after just a couple of months of following along.
Our plans are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory foods, which means a super strong immune system and less inflammation.
They are also packed with fiber, protein, healthy fat, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals.

// Ingredient Waste
We design these plans so that all of the groceries you buy will be put to use instead of put in the garbage bin at the end of the week.
We strategically have you use ingredients throughout the week in multiple ways instead of being used once and then tossed out because it sat in your fridge all week.
// Food Allergies and Sensitivities
Most of our recipes and meals are naturally gluten free. We use tofu, tempeh and edamame occasionally. And different nuts and seeds are used each week.
If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, coming up with a substitution is easy. You can ask in the private Facebook group or reach out to us directly via email and we'll give you a workaround.
Most people are busy as hell. This is one reason why people love our plans. By setting aside 2-3 hours once a week to do your cooking, you free up time throughout the rest of the week because you won't be planning and cooking meals from scratch every night.

We give you new Instant Pot recipes each week, along with the stove top directions if you don't have an Instant Pot.
HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE MEAL PLANS
Each plan is designed for 2-4 people. If cooking for 1 person, you can easily half the recipes, pick a few things to make each week or use the quick batch option. If cooking for more than 4 people, you can easily double the recipes.
[Batch Cooking Recipes]
You will set aside 3-4 hours one day a week and cook everything on your batch cooking list. Your batch cooking list consists of eight different recipes each week. This will ensure that you have plenty of food in your fridge for the entire week ahead.
Eating nutrient dense plant based meals requires time spent in your kitchen - this is non-negotiable. That said, we always list the best order to cook your batched items so that you can get out of the kitchen as quick as you can. We also give you a prep list of everything that needs to chopped before you start batching. This saves a ton of time.

We break down your grocery list by department and include exactly how much to buy of each item and what you will be using it for.
[Nightly Meal Instructions]
You will have plenty of food throughout the week for lunches and dinners from your batched items. We give you five nights of specific meals to put together from the items you batched.

Shows you what's for dinner for the upcoming week.
[Your Own Meal Plan Classroom]
You will have access to your very own classroom where you will find a new meal plan each week. All of your plans are in one spot, organized by date and menu.

A new plan is released in your classroom every Friday at 12:01 am (Pacific Time). We will send you a reminder email every Friday with a link to your classroom and the menu.
Every week we give you a list of tips, notes and substitution ideas. Any ingredients that aren't super obvious will be explained and we will let you know where to look for them in the grocery store.

Calorie counting sucks and it's not sustainable. You want to feed and nourish your body, not starve it. By eating the right fuel, you will naturally eat the right amount of calories, without even thinking about it. All you have to do is eat the right stuff and listen to your body. It will do the rest. This is all about the quality of your calories, not the quantity.
// Eliminating carbs
Carbs are not the enemy. The body needs complex carbohydrates, they fuel us and they keep us satisfied. Processed carbs are what you want to avoid and our meal plans are free of all processed carbs.
// A weight loss program
This is about eating nutrient dense foods full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals. Lots of people lose weight on our plans, but health should always comes first. Weight loss is a result, not the goal.
Our plans don't include breakfast recipes, but we do stock you up with some good breakfast resources, information and recipes in your classroom when you join.
