When was the last time you looked in the mirror and thought to yourself, who is this person?
This is not how my life was supposed to go.
-
You know you’re capable of more.
You can feel it
-
You know there's a fabulous life out there just beyond your reach.
You can't quite grasp it
-
You know you have so much potential.
It just needs to be harnessed
-
You know you want to make a positive impact in this world.
And we need you
Maybe you want to:
- Write a book
- Get into shape
- Eat super healthy
- Stop eating sugar

- Create art
- Stop eating sugar
- Learn an instrument

But you always feel like there’s gum stuck to the bottom of your shoe. You don’t know where to start or what to focus on.
You try to make some healthy changes, but you overthink things, you second guess yourself, you allow other people to get you off track, you’re afraid of doing it wrong, and you’re afraid of failing.
You convince yourself it’s too hard, and you pack up your dreams in a big box, duct tape it shut, and shove it under your bed.
And then the "fun" really begins.
Now that your dreams are tucked away in the dark inner workings of your bedroom, you beat yourself up. You go in the opposite direction of where you want to go.
You don’t feel worthy. You never move your body. You start eating like you’re a picky 9-year-old who hates veggies.
You judge other people for pursuing their dreams.
You buffer with TV, food, and wine. You gain weight.
You become more and more unhappy.
Until one day you look in the mirror and you think to yourself, who is this person?
This is not how my life was supposed to go.
Trust Me
I've been there
Trust me I've been there
It was 2pm on a Wednesday, and I was in my car in a dusty parking lot, the desert sun beating down on the metal. Before I opened the door and stepped out into the heat, I put the visor down and flipped open the mirror to make sure I didn’t have anything in my teeth.
My reflection made me stop and pause.
I took a sharp in-breath. I exhaled slowly.
Who was I looking at?
My eyes were vacant and sad. My face was puffy and red. My lips were thin and parched.
Yes, I was hungover. But it was more than that.
As I looked in the mirror, the message was clear: I had given up on myself.
And that broke my heart into 9,347 little pieces. Shards of guilt, shame, anguish, disappointment, and regret splashing my faux leather seats like a Jackson Pollock painting.
I knew
I was capable of more
I knew I was capable of more
-
I KNEW there was an outrageously fabulous life available to me.
-
I KNEW I had so much potential.
-
I KNEW I had work to do in this world.
In that moment, I knew I had to make changes for any of it to happen. I got my shit together so that I can help you get your shit together.
That is my life’s work.

of having a deliciously fabulous, full, hilarious, healthy, rich existence.
This isn’t about being perfect.
This isn’t about being happy all the time.
This isn’t about wishful thinking.
This isn’t about creating a vision board and hoping for the best.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are not destined for a life you don’t like. It doesn’t matter if you’ve tried before and it didn’t work.
This is about tapping into your own magic and creating the life you want
instead of settling for the life you have.
It's time to dust off your dreams, my dear.
I'll show you how.
