Tangy Roasted Garlic Caesar Dressing

Makes just over one cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water (120 ml)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (60 ml)
  • 1/4 cup tahini (65 g)
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 5 roasted garlic cloves (or 1 raw garlic clove)
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon ume plum vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dulse powder or flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
