Mango Lassi

Makes one 24 oz serving

  • 2 Medjool dates pits removed and soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk 475ml
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen mango cubes 250g
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder


  1. Drain the dates from the soaking water and discard the water.

  2. Add the dates, along with the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blend until perfectly smooth and creamy.

Recipe Notes

If you use fresh mango, add some ice cubes so it will be cold and thick.
