Ingredients

Medjool dates
pits removed and soaked in hot water for 10 minutes

unsweetened non-dairy milk
475ml

1 ½
cups
fresh or frozen mango cubes
250g

teaspoon
lemon juice
▢
⅛
teaspoon
cardamom powder
Instructions
Drain the dates from the soaking water and discard the water.
Add the dates, along with the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blend until perfectly smooth and creamy.
Notes
If you use fresh mango, add some ice cubes so it will be cold and thick.
