Makes about 1 1/2 cups

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup tahini (165g)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled and left whole
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy and smooth. 

  2. Store in the fridge. 

Recipe Notes

If your sauce is super thick, add a little more water to thin it down. Some brands of tahini are thicker than others, so the consistency can be inconsistent.
