1cupdried dates, pitted, chopped and soaked in hot water for 10 minutes(180 g)
2tablespoonsraw cashews, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes(15 g)
¾cupunsweetened non-dairy milk(190 ml)
1tablespoon100% pure maple syrup
½teaspoonvanilla extract
½teaspoonmolasses
¼teaspooncinnamon powder
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Drain the dates and cashews (discard soaking water) and place them into your blender. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until super creamy and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of your blender as necessary.
