Whole Food Plant Based Salsa Fresca

  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped (remove the seeds for less spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar


  • Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir.
  • Serve with your favorite chips (see recipe below) or as a condiment to elevate your main dish.
