1cupraw cashews, soaked in water for 10 minutes(130 g)
1cupwater(237 ml)
¼cupnutritional yeast(20 g)
2small clovesgarlic, peeled and left whole(8 g)
2teaspoonsapple cider vinegar
2teaspoonsvegan Worcestershire sauce
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
1teaspoonlemon juice
1teaspoondulse flakes or powder
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Drain the cashews and discard the soaking water. Place the cashews into your blender, along with the new water and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until super creamy and smooth, about a minute.
