Orange Miso Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons tahini (1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon | 75 g total)
  • ¼ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed (60 ml)
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos (60 ml)
  • ¼ cup brown rice vinegar (60 ml)
  • ¼ cup water (60 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons white or yellow miso
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (10 turns)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk until creamy and smooth.

Notes

Note: If your tahini is on the thick side you may have to transfer the dressing to your blender, add a bit more orange juice, and blend until smooth.
