unsweetened non-dairy milk
(235 ml / we like soy)

avocado, ripe
(40 g / or about ¼ of a large avocado)

unpeeled turmeric root

large banana, very ripe
(200 g / or 2 medium bananas)
▢

frozen blackberries
(140 g / sub with any frozen berries)

bok choy
(130 g)

hemp seeds
(10 g)
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in your blender in the order they're written above and blend until super creamy and smooth.
Notes
For a sweeter smoothie, add more banana.
