Green Goddess Golden Milk Smoothie

Makes about 16 ounces

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened soy milk 475ml / preferably fortified with calcium
  • About a thumb-sized chunk of turmeric root a couple of inches long
  • About a thumb-sized chunk of ginger root a couple of inches long
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • A couple turns of black pepper
  • 3 small ripe bananas or 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 fresh mango or about 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 packed cup bok choy about 50g

Instructions

  • Place everything into your blender and blend until super creamy and smooth.
