(100 g / add more if you want a sweeter smoothie)

frozen mango
(85 g / can sub fresh)

bok choy, packed

fresh turmeric root, peeled and chopped
(4 g / can sub with ¼ teaspoon powdered)

fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
(3 g / can sub with ¼ teaspoon powdered)

Instructions
Peel and chop the fresh turmeric and ginger.
Place everything into your blender and blend until super creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
