Ingredients

unsweetened soy milk
475ml / preferably fortified with calcium

About a thumb-sized chunk of turmeric root
a couple of inches long

About a thumb-sized chunk of ginger root
a couple of inches long
▢

tablespoon
chia seeds
▢

teaspoon
cinnamon powder
▢
A couple turns of black pepper
▢

small ripe bananas or 1 large ripe banana
▢

fresh mango or about 1 cup of frozen mango

packed cup bok choy
about 50g
Instructions
Place everything into your blender and blend until super creamy and smooth.
