Iron and Calcium Rich Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 75 g
  • 1 cup collard greens 30 g
  • 1 cup bok choy 40 g
  • 1 ripe banana

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
