Ingredients

peeled and chopped cucumber

avocado

chopped chives

peeled and chopped ginger

lime juice

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

teaspoon
salt

cayenne powder
Garnish
▢
Toasted coconut
▢
Chopped almonds
▢
Minced chives
Instructions
Place everything into your blender, apart from the garnish ingredients and blend until super creamy and soupy.
Transfer to a container and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
Serve chilled and top with toasted coconut, chopped almonds and minced chives before you dig in!
