Cranberry Green Smoothie

Makes 1 quart (enough for two smoothies)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cold unsweetened non-dairy milk (175 ml)
  • 3/4 cup cold water (175 ml)
  • 2 packed cups spinach (80 g)
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped banana (230 g)
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh cranberries (55 g)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
