Turmeric Blackberry Smoothie

Makes 32 ounces
(perfect for two big smoothies)

  • 1 cup water (235ml)
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (235ml)
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 thumb-sized chunk of turmeric root (no need to peel)
  • 1 large ripe banana or several small ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries (140g)
  • 2 packed cups bok choy (130g)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds


  1. Place all of the ingredients in your blender in the order written and blend until super creamy and smooth.
