  • Sprouted bread toasted
  • Tahini
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Dried dates chopped
  • Banana slices
  • Blueberries
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Small squeeze of lemon


  1. Toast your bread and then pile on the toppings.
  2. Add as much as you like of each ingredient and skip an ingredient if you don’t like it.
