I don\u2019t know if you\u2019re beating yourself up, but if you are, it\u2019s not helping your path toward luscious health. It does the opposite. Beating yourself up makes it harder than it has to be, keeping your progress at a snail\u2019s pace, while making you feel like a frightened feral cat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you stop beating yourself up for your food choices?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By deciding you\u2019re not going to do that anymore. You can literally choose to stop being mean to yourself<\/strong>. And then stop being mean to yourself. If you catch yourself doing it without thinking, choose to stop immediately. These actions are choices we make. Read it again. \ud83c\udfa4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After you accept where you are on your path and put down the self-critical-thought daggers, it\u2019s time to put some food in your beautiful mouth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
