If you\u2019ve been wanting to eat more plants and you keep putting it off, this will help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n First, decide what you\u2019re going to cook<\/strong> Then, choose when you are going to go grocery shopping<\/strong> Next, commit to when you\u2019re going to cook<\/strong> Yes, starting a plant based diet can be as simple as that<\/strong>. Whether you\u2019re overhauling your diet completely or just want to incorporate more plants into your meals, start with making commitments on your calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Everything on your calendar is sacred.
