We spend all year doing pretty damn good not to go overboard with the sweet stuff. But then the holidays splash upon us and we’re transported to an alternate reality. Here, cookies are currency, fudge rules the land, and pies abound.

We know sugar makes us feel like crap—headachy, cranky, and wanting more—but we just keep going until we’re double-fisting candy canes while drinking eggnog straight out of the carton. And you don’t even like candy canes or eggnog. But there you are at 10pm on a Tuesday, with oversized flannel snowman PJs and peppermint breath debating on grabbing more fudge and trying to figure out what eggnog actually tastes like. No one knows. No one cares. People just drink it.

You go to bed feeling wired from your sugar intake and determined to kick the habit tomorrow. But because sugar is addictive AF, the next day goes much like all the other days: sugar calling the shots and you obeying every word. And not in the fun kinky way, either.

Meet your coach
Molly Patrick is a certified life coach and the co-founder of Clean Food Dirty Girl, a company dedicated to helping people eat more plants while celebrating human imperfection.
She grew up in New Mexico on five acres of land. While her parents handbuilt their home out of mud, straw, and rocks, they lived in a teepee. They made do without electricity, plumbing, or hot water. Needless to say, she’s never eaten meat in her life and has plenty of incense, herb bundles, singing bowls, and crystals in her house.

Her rugged and unconventional upbringing made her innovative, appreciative, determined, and always humble. She has been alcohol and cigarette-free since June 14th, 2015.

Molly has had a front-row seat to the world of plant based eating for most of her career. She knows it’s easy to fall off track, even with the best plant based recipes and incredible intentions. Through her straightforward and loving approach, she’ll cut through the fluff and give you the tools you need to move forward and live a plant fueled life.

What are the technical requirements?
You must be a human who makes mistakes and farts, just like the rest of us!  Oh, and have a  fast internet connection. Streaming works best on a computer, but a smartphone will also do. Install the Zoom app on your Apple or Android device beforehand.
