Potato Zucchini Dairy Free Latkes with Sliced Tomatoes and Balsamic Reduction

Potato & Zucchini Latkes are traditional Jewish potato pancakes with our Dirty spin. Latkes are commonly served on Hanukkah, but can be enjoyed year-round. Topped with cashew sour cream or applesauce and served with sliced tomatoes and a Balsamic Reduction sauce, you’ll definitely want these on regular rotation.
