The Plant Based Reset is an online program led once a year by by Molly Patrick. The program runs from January 2nd - January 30th. All of the participants start at the same time and go through the program together. Participants from all over the globe take part through a virtual classroom environment.
The Plant Based Reset takes place in a virtual classroom and through email. You will be given your own unique login to your classroom upon purchase.
This is not a diet plan. This is a lifestyle transformation.
You will focus on nutrient dense whole plant food and eliminate animal protein, processed food, sugar, coffee and alcohol for the duration of the program.
The Reset does not include our weekly Plant Fueled Meal Plans. The meal plans are Reset approved, but they are not a requirement for the program, nor are they provided in the cost of the program. Signing up for the meal plans will help you along, but they aren't necessary.

You do not need to know how to cook, you just need to be open to learning some basics.

You can live anywhere in the world and participate. If you can't attend the live Q&A calls, the recordings will be made available to you. We've had participants from all over the world - from Singapore to Cyprus and the UK to Australia. We love our global community and participants!
Our weekly Q+A calls are every Tuesday at 6pm Pacific Time. If you can't make them live, you can ask questions in advance and then watch the replays.

You will need a blender and basic cooking stuff. A food processor is handy, but not necessary. You can get away with really basic stuff.
A pressure cooker if handy, but again, if you have a big pot, you don't need a pressure cooker - it just makes it easier.
A blender is really the only must have piece of kitchen equipment.
This is much more than a meal plan or just about food. This is all about getting in tune with your body, resetting your hunger signals and experiencing how your body feels on nothing but whole pant foods for a whole month, without alcohol, sugar, coffee, or processed anything.
We also do a juice fast that cleans out oxidative stress in the system. Your whole life, health, emotional state and well being will benefit.
The regular meal plans will help, but apart from that you will be avoiding sugar, processed food, alcohol and coffee.
You will be eating nothing but whole plant foods for the entire month.
Nope - your meal plan membership remains. This is a separate thing altogether.
We do a juice fast during The Reset, but if you don't have a juicer, you can easily use a blender and a nut milk bag or paint strainer bag.
Yes we have and they have had great results.
Yup, we've had lots of people with type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes go through the program. Just talk with your doctor and let them know what you're doing and they can advise you about what to watch out for.
