The Creamy Herbed Artichoke Casserole and Tomato Basil Salad hit all the right notes! A baked casserole full of tangy, herby artichokes is topped with Sunny Pepita Parm and jalapenos (always optional) and accompanied by a fresh salad dressed with toasted pepitas and our legendary Caesar Dressing.
I batched the shit out of Mommy’s Day, and it’s been a glorious week as a result! I skipped the pancakes, but everything else has been divine!
