These plant-based recipes are phenomenal. While they can be a little time consuming, I’d much rather spend the time cooking than on trying to figure out what to make. I wasted so much time every week just putting together what I was going to make for dinner.
I’ve been a subscriber for almost 2 years now. In the beginning, there was a lot of adapting and keeping ingredients separate so the kids can choose what they want of what I made. After sticking with the meal plans, now my youngest ASKS for “tofu crumbles” and enjoys veggie burgers and “bean balls” (as we refer to our meatball substitute). My oldest has discovered she likes most of the soups I’ve made (she previously only ate chicken noodle, now her favorite is Celery Soup). In fact, she likes almost all the meals from the plan, even some of the more adventurous ones.
